During creation, you define the points awarded in the pool phase: Win (default 4 pts), Draw (default 2 pts), and Loss (default 0 pt).

The system calculates bonuses automatically. Offensive: If the difference in tries scored is greater than the defined threshold (e.g., +3 tries). Defensive: If the points difference at the final score is lower than the defined threshold (e.g., loss by -7 points).

In the TEAMS tab, enter the club name and validate. You can register up to a maximum of 32 teams. Once the schedule is generated, adding is locked.

The PITCHES tab allows you to list your playing surfaces (Main Pitch, Annex 1...). The algorithm will automatically distribute the matches across these pitches to optimize time.

Go to the PLANNING tab. Choose the match format (Single-leg or Home/Away) and the number of pools (2, 4, or 8 required for final consistency), then click GENERATE.

Yes! Before generating matches, you can drag and drop teams from one pool to another to balance levels or avoid geographic conflicts.

Once the pools are validated, click GENERATE MATCHES. The system creates all fixtures, assigning times and pitches automatically.

From the MATCHES tab (or via the mobile view), click the ENTER button next to a fixture. This opens a dedicated window optimized for smartphones.

The scoring interface allows you to add a Try (5 pts), a Conversion (2 pts), a Penalty (3 pts), or a Drop Goal (3 pts). The total score updates automatically.

Use the Undo Last button at the bottom of the history to remove the last entered action. The score will be recalculated instantly.

Once regulation time is up, click the green FINISH button at the top of the scoring screen. The match status changes to 'Finished' and pool standings are updated immediately.

You must wait until all pool matches are finished (Finished status). A GENERATE FINALS button will then appear in the Matches tab (Knockout Stages view).

The system automatically ranks teams (Points > Difference > Tries). Example for 4 pools: The 1sts meet the 2nds (1st A vs 2nd B, etc.) in the Quarter-finals.

It is a public page dedicated to parents and supporters. Accessible via the Spectator View button, it displays live results, updated standings, and the knockout stage bracket. It is mobile-optimized and does not require an account.

On the Spectator View page, a PRINT button allows you to produce a clean paper version of standings and results for clubhouse display.
